This program has been designed specifically to help you take control of your mind and to train yourself to step outside of your comfort zone.
The core idea is to put your mind in three uncomfortable situations per day:
Wake up early
Cold exposure
Knowledge acquisition.
As our mind and body adapts we wake up earlier, get colder and avoid instant gratification for longer.
Each day builds from the previous day to create momentum in your habit formation.
The Rules of the 30 Day Challenge
No days off. 30 straight day including weekends.
If you miss a day, keep going. If you miss two days in a row, start again.
Read any non-fiction book of your choice.
If you hit the snooze button once, start again.
Once you finish, repeat from Day 26 to 30.
If you already wake up earlier than the recommended wake up time, then wind your clock back 30 mins from when you usually wake up.
Workout for 30 mins every 2nd day for amplified results.
